I have a similar issue. I have a RPi 3 running Jessie and kernel 4.4.34. The UPS PIco HV3 runs great with 0x24, which I have installed on about 10 units and have been running generally without issue for about a year. I'm looking at upgrading to 0x38, but want to make sure it's stable first. Functionally, it appears to work, but I can tell based on the "user leds" that the unit is restarting at least once a minute. This is problematic because I have a logging application that is leveraging the analog-in over i2c, and this feature is unavailable while the PIco is restarting. Does anyone have any thoughts on this?
