Terminal Block PCB compatibility

Post by sandrobilbeisi » Fri Jan 05, 2018 12:31 am

Hello, I've noticed that the specifications for the 18650 battery holderd state : "This product is NOT COMPATIBLE with Terminal Block PCB."

single: http://www.pimodulescart.com/shop/item.aspx?itemid=48

dual : http://www.pimodulescart.com/shop/item.aspx?itemid=49

How are we to interpret this information ???
An explanation is necessary !

Hi,
Mechanically is not compatible, due to size of the 18650 battery holder, you can not fit-in the Terminal Blocks PCB. however you can use all I/Os on this side
Warmest Regards

Hi,
If I understand you properly, yes
Just due to mechanical reasons, you can not have both PCBs on the same "constructions"

well, we just give up using the screw supports on the battery holder

we will not affix it on the Pico PCB but rather on the external case we've designed
