Re: New Firmware 3.0 for the UPS PIco HV1.0 and HV1.1

It seems that this project is definitely abandond. pimaster always promises a new firmware ("finally going to release...") but there is NO new release.
It´s a shame, but it seems that it is time to look for other products.

Re: New Firmware 3.0 for the UPS PIco HV1.0 and HV1.1

The most important thing is that you release a new firmware (compatible with 4.9 kernel) as soon as possible. Please no more delays...

Therefore option 1 should be preferred.

Great, 1 second should be a good value... maybe adjustable by a variable?

Re: Use KEYA to perform a python script and switch on Blue L

Concerning the keys, especially KEY A and KEY B. Are there any options in the latest firmware to "release" a pressed key after a given time period? If not it might be useful.

Re: Compatibility with RPi 1B, 2B and Zero?

I respect that you won´t pre-release any informations about new devices, but.... Raspberry 3 is in the pipeline. Do you plan to bring up a specific product for RPI 3?

Re: UPS PIco script not working

The reason is that the script, when terminated, does not cleanly release the resources it had 'in use' (GPIO pin 27 and 22) Usually a reboot solves the issue. Isn´t there any other solution than reboot? If there might be a command line solution, the script itself could test if the resources are bus...

Re: Pico not monitoring and Battery not charging

Yes, 4.2 V (+/- 0.05V) is full charged and LED is OFF, but charger is still active if you read the proper variable. If you remove cable power for a while, and enter again, the system will start charging battery again (this time shorter) BR PiM Great, than it seems that the new firmware cured my bat...

Re: Pico not monitoring and Battery not charging

Is it right that battery voltage stays at about 4.2 V ? It´s a 450 mAh battery. Charger is on, CHG LED is off.

Does 4.2 V means that battery is full charged?
