Re: Firmware Updates - current Version 1.096

Next week one whole year has passed since release of latest version (1.096). Should this be celebrated somehow, for instance by releasing new firmware version? :)

New estimation for new firmware was 3-4 weeks. Now five weeks have passed, are there any news yet?

Re: Firmware Updates - current Version 1.096

My kids were not pleased that during the long trips through France I had to keep resetting the Pi after it failed to boot back up at power on. Basically after the first stop for the day - no more films available for the kids to watch films! I feel your (and your kids) pain. Are you sure this is fir...

Re: Firmware Updates - current Version 1.096

Okay, that's good news. I was a bit afraid that silence is a bad sign, but I'm glad that things are moving forward. I understand that if most of the things have been rewritten the testing is a very important thing to do - as we know there is lot of logic in the old versions that need to work also in...

Re: What happens if over 60 Celsius degrees?

Just to be safe than sorry I implemented extra protection based on PI's own temp sensor. It forces charger off (@CHGR OFF) when temperature is over 55C or under 0C and reactivates it when temperature is back under 50C or over 5C. In addition it starts FSSD (@SDWN 1 O) when temp goes over 65C or belo...

Re: What is the UPiS PICo interface ?

upis.c is cool program, thanks a lot for sharing it to everyone of us!

Would it be possible include also option to set charger on or off (terminal command @CHGR)?

Thanks!
